Description

The procedure illustrated here, in the style of a surgical atlas, is a right submusculofascial tissue expander insertion. The procedure is shown from the first incision on the breast all the way through to the filling of the tissue expander in the pocket between pectoralis major and the chest wall. Patient prepping and suturing technique are not shown.
